The firm’s founder, Mr. Kallivokas,
has extensive experience in the acquisition, valuation,
due diligence/underwriting, financing, asset management,
and disposition of commercial real estate, real estate
secured loans, and real estate subsidiaries of all types.
He has supervised the valuation and due diligence/underwriting
of over 100 portfolios of real estate and real estate
secured loans for clients in both the private and government
sectors. In addition, he has initiated, staffed, and
supervised the asset management and orderly liquidation
of 22 portfolios of distressed commercial real estate
related assets ranging from $100 million to over $1.2
billion in book value, each.
On the equities side, Mr. Kallivokas
has been actively involved in the acquisition and turn
around of opportunistic real estate and loans secured
by real estate for investment purposes. Mr. Kallivokas
has served as general partner and lead investor on a
variety of multi-family, office, retail, land and special
purpose properties and portfolios over his forty-year
investment career. More recently he has developed large student housing, mixed use and multifamily projects.
Mr. Kallivokas previously served as
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
of the J.E. Robert Companies, where he was responsible
for all asset management, capital recovery, and sales
and marketing activities. While there, he supervised
the valuation, management or disposition of more than
$5 billion of real estate assets, and coordinated the
efforts of more than 80 professionals working from four
regional offices. Mr. Kallivokas also served as president
of Nationwide Building and Development Corporation,
the build-out subsidiary for Continental Mortgage Investors'
major $1.2 billion bankruptcy workout. He also directed
the real estate lending department of a national commercial
bank located in Washington, D.C.
Previously, Mr. Kallivokas had served
Central Florida’s largest real estate firm as
lead property manager. He holds real estate brokerage
and general contracting licenses in several states,
and previously served as Chairman of the Real Estate
Capital Recovery Association (RECRA), the workout industry’s
primary professional association.

Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida.
