Mr. Medina serves as Director of Acquisitions of RER Ventures LLC, and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. He focuses his efforts on acquiring distressed loan portfolios, land development and opportunistic REO across the US on product types including RV parks, mobile home parks, office, multi-family, land , retail, student housing and industrial.
As a principal, he has participated in over $1 billion dollars of real estate transactions. He has owned total or major interests in holdings including fourteen RV and mobile home parks, industrial, land , hotel and resort and mixed-use properties throughout the U.S.. For these ventures he oversaw all aspects of management, finance, and operations. He has founded, funded and managed innovative healthcare companies including national businesses in integrative health, interventional pain therapy and outpatient surgery centers. He has extensive experience and business relationships with major hospitals and health care companies.
Mr. Medina also has deep expertise in fundraising, business development and creating innovative and complex deal structures. Prior to his involvement with RER, Mr. Medina has raised equity and investment capital for numerous ventures and service companies as well as arranging complementary debt. Through his successful and diversified career he has gained substantial experience in all aspects of management including capitalization, marketing, sales, and operations.
Mr. Medina is a graduate of the University of Florida holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.
