In July of 2006, RER purchased this 50.6 acres of undeveloped commercial land in Prince William County, Virginia from the T-Rex Corporation. The parcel is part of the INNOVATION economic expansion plan in Prince William
County including George Mason University's expansion campus, the FBI, the NIH, Eli Lilly, and Comcast Cable. Our team's strategic entrepreneurial development of this 600,000 sq. ft. of corporate office, flex and data centers will be a key addition to the Innovation expansion plan.
