In August, 2004, RER Equities Inc.
acquired the former Capitol One Office Park located in the heart of Richmond, Virginia's
Innsbrook office sector. Renamed WestMark Office Park, this 34+ acre commercial campus consists of two five story corporate headquarter office buildings. The site contains over
420,000 square feet of existing office space with the development potential for an additional
500,000 square feet with structured parking. Through RER's hands-on approach to investment and management, we have been able to more than double the value of this property is less than two years.
